‘Expand Your Talent Pipeline’ Event Has Experts, Connections — and Fun

Our Expand Your Talent Pipeline event 3-5 p.m. Sept. 13 takes a new, action-oriented approach to our popular Talent Solutions Series.

As the registration deadline approaches (you must sign up by 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 8), we’re pleased to share some of the details that make this a must-attend event for anyone who needs reliable sources of qualified talent.

We’ll kick off this event at Calvin University’s Prince Conference Center with insights from top local practitioners. Then, we’re going to put a key strategy from our Talent Solutions Playbook into action: You will have the chance to build relationships with amazing local sources of West Michigan talent. And we’re going to make it fun, with a game we call “Building Bridges Bingo.” Register now and read on for details.

Learn from West Michigan Experts

The session begins with Kristine Snook, HR Director at Meijer, who will share her experience and keys to success in growing and diversifying talent pipelines.

Snook will then welcome our panel of local experts who will represent diverse sectors and bring a wide range of perspectives:

Build Relationships with Talent Sources

The panel discussion will be followed by a partner fair — an opportunity to directly engage with more than 30 sources of local talent. These education providers, nonprofits and vetted staffing firms are ready to supply your talent pipeline, meet your talent needs, and diversify your workforce.

Have Some Fun

As an incentive to meet our amazing partners, we’re making a game of it: Building Bridges Bingo.
