DEI Strategist Dr. Sandra Upton to Share Insights for Lasting Change

With her new book, “Make It Last: A Roadmap and Practical Strategies for How to Do DEI Work,” Dr. Sandra Upton poses a straightforward but critical question:

“How do we turn our good intentions and high hopes toward DEI into real and lasting change?”

Unfortunately, too many organizations that promise progress in diversity, equity and inclusion have failed to deliver that lasting change. In fact, some signs point to slowing momentum in corporate DEI initiatives.

The good news: Dr. Upton has some practical solutions.

Even better: She will share her insights as keynote speaker at our Inclusive Leadership Development event, 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 12 at Grand Valley State University’s Kirkhof Center in Allendale.
